Best Ocean City Ride Pictures, and The Winners Are
Daniel and Margaret Trimper moved to Ocean City in the year 1890 and over the next few years purchased property on the Ocean City Boardwalk including two hotels, the Eastern Shore and the Sea Bright. A storm in 1900 and the properties were remodeled including the hotels, amusement park and a theater. In 1912 they purchased the Carousel from the Herschell-Spillman Company, one of the oldest still operating Carousels in the US.
